Rocket League events are short, decisive and cross-platform, which makes them one of the easiest titles to run a clean tournament in. Matches are five minutes, so a sixteen-team Bo3 bracket genuinely finishes in an evening.
The organizer enters the room ID and password once when they publish. Both stay encrypted until a set number of minutes before start — 15 by default — and then unlock for confirmed players only. Nobody pastes a code into a channel half the lobby cannot read, and nobody joins a room they were never approved for.
